Out of step – Military jokes and military humor blog

As part of combat team training, we were made to crawl on our backs under barbed wire while bullets were being fired above us. The training instructor continually screamed at us to “get down!” Near the end of the exercise, the instructor shouted to one soldier, “Why aren’t you crawling lower?”
“Because,” the trainee said,

..actually like the clothes at the PX and don’t mind that 100 other
people are wearing the same thing.
..are able to imitate others’ speech patterns easily.
..are amazed at people who have lived somewhere more than three
years.
..are amazed at people who have never left their hometown.
..are amazed at people who have who have never seen foreign
currency
